Das Ziel war es, ein Ferienhaus am Tegernsee so zu gestalten, dass es sowohl modernen Komfort als auch traditionelle Gemütlichkeit bietet. Der Fokus lag auf der effizienten Nutzung von fünf Zimmern bei gleichzeitig hoher Wohnqualität.
